Florence Deck

Florence Deck advises individuals, small and medium-sized firms as well as major groups based in France or abroad on all issues relating to international mobility.

After four years within the EY Société d’Avocats Global Mobility team (Human capital turned into People Advisory services), Florence has joined RHExpat Avocats. Her expertise focuses on individual taxation, social security, management packages as well as retirement issues in a French and global context. Florence also assists self-employed workers, and more specifically partners of law firms, with their daily social security issues and deals with any procedure initiated by the French social security institutions (URSSAF and RSI) as well as any proceedings before the French Social Security Court (Tribunal des Affaires de Sécurité Sociale).

Florence is an Attorney-at-Law admitted to the French Bar. She graduated from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University with a Master Degree in International taxation (2012).
